*Office 365 features vary for each package. Rates are for business hours which are Mon-Fri 6am PST to 6pm PST. If client would like to upgrade to 24-7, request quote. Client must select an SLA; 20, 60 or 120 minute response time. Client also has the option to add server support, Azure or other cloud services to the ITiaB package. Each client will have 10 gigs of storage included in this price. If client exceeds the 10 gig quota, each additional gig will be $.50 cents.
