Founded in 1999 as an IT Support and Service Provider, Single Point of Contact has embraced the Managed Services Provider model and improved upon it.
Single Point of Contact delivers IT managed services and IT Support to small and mid-size businesses worldwide. Our office is located in the Bay Area, San Francisco, CA. We provide remote and on-site support for help desk, network, and server support at a fixed cost. This allows small and mid-sized organizations to focus on their business goals and initiatives.
Single Point of Contact is an emerging Managed Services Provider MSP with several key differences that distinguish us from our competitors. We started off as a low cost solution for small businesses and then applied that same concept to medium and enterprise class customers.
Most MSP organizations practice an all off-site and reaction based solution. Single Point of Contact takes that model a step forward and includes several additional services, such as on-site presence, SaaS based application support, Preventative procedures and creation for the basis of an IT policy within the organizations we service.
